Darkroom fabric

Post by concerninglight »

Years ago I bought some "darkroom fabric" from Porters.
It was a heavy black fabric with a thin layer of rubber on one side.

Any thoughts about how to make this.
Is there a spray on rubber product? That'd make a light blocking seal? Remains pliable? Thoughts?

I have some, too. Good stuff.

I use black barrier plastic over my windows. I purchased it from a builder's supply, about $20 for a 10' x 50' roll. Attach it to a 1x1" or 2x2" wooden frame. Hang the frame from two or more nails, screws, etc. placed just above your window (inside or out). Store when not in use.
Do it in the Dark,
